Some will make it and others will sink into the deep. We know this too because there are many statistical facts on the NYC.gov website that state that approx. ONLY 50% of ALL BUSINESSES will survive for five years.

Of those businesses, a whopping 80% of all restaurants and cafes will shut their doors in the first five years.  So, the plates are neatly stacked against them.
